2. Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact forms on this website:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number;
- the service you are interested in; and
- the message you write.
When you submit a form we also record the page you sent it from and the date and time of submission, so we can understand and answer your enquiry. The newsletter field in the footer does not currently collect or store any data.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you send us to:
- respond to your enquiry and discuss our services with you;
- keep a record of our correspondence; and
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
4. How form messages are delivered
Contact form submissions are sent to our email inbox using EmailJS (emailjs.com), a third-party email delivery service that acts as our processor. EmailJS passes your message to our email account and may temporarily process it on its servers to do so. Please see the EmailJS privacy policy for details of how it handles data.
5. Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our own site stores a small timestamp in your browser’s local storage after you send a form, only to prevent repeated submissions; it contains no personal information. Our Contact Us page shows an embedded Google Map, which is provided by Google and may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy when it loads.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted.
7. Sharing your information
We only share your information with service providers that help us run this website and our email (such as EmailJS and our email provider), or where we are required to do so by law.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. However, no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or tell us that you no longer want to hear from us, by emailing rsam.consultancy@gmail.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
